Since there was not exactly a ton of mail from you lunchboxes this month, I have decided to devote the entire column to one of its most popular features, WHO'S WHERE. So let's open the Who's Where Scrapbook to see where those who are in Who's Where are and who they are where they are with whom.

Roger Schulze has just returned from Vietnam (actually he got back last September), (but that's "just" in the column business) and is now in Fort Sill learning how to be an Advanced Artillery Officer for the Army.

Earle Patterson is a lawyer man in Pennsylvania, Newton Square to be exact. Mike Mitchell is in Manpower Planning and Development for the Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp. in Oakland, Calif. I don't know what that title entails, but it doesn't sound as if Mike is processing refugees. Ben Gitchel is in El Paso teaching at the college level. Don't know what he's teaching - how 'bout it, Ben, you showing those boys how to play lacrosse or what?? BobGoff is in the Army in St. Paul. What the Army is doing in St. Paul I'll never know ... maybe preparing for another Sioux Uprising. Woodside, Calif. — has a nice ring to it, don't it — beeeeeutiful. That's where Kurn Kruger lives. Go see Kurn. Another west coaster, Curt Dechert is in geology and associated skills in Seattle.

Now, Let's Look At Lawyers. There are so many &%&$&% Lawyers in our Class, they deserve to be set apart. First of all, that most distinguished among the solons. ... Mr. Tort himself, William Terrel Hutton. W. Terrel (as he now bills himself) lives in Brooklyn but works in one of the most impressive of the facades in the marble canyons of Manhattan. Good going, W. Terrel. Another lawyer man is Bill Kupinse who defends the lame and the halt in Huntington, Conn, (which is full of 'em). Marv Witofsky used to be a lawyer in New York. Now he's a lawyer in Philadelphia. Matter of fact, he's a Clerk in the Common Pleas Court there. Anybody have a common plea, an uncommon plea, any kind of plea? The handy dandy index card doesn't say whether or not Mike Steinberg is pleas or please or what but he's in Swampscott, Mass. BillShure (he's another one of those big city barristers — like Hutton) is a big city barrister in New Haven. He works for Sachs, Sachs, Giaimo and Sachs. It used to be Sachs, Sachs, Sachs and Giaimo but Mr. Giaimo got promoted. Bill just got out of the Army and is returning to his former employer. Who among you has forgotten that most famous of Mexican mightymen, that Special Spaniard, that Luscious Latin. ... El Senor? Right here on our stage, live and in color. Dick "Tell it like it is, Baby" Kinyon (applause) (cheers) (a few, scattered catcalls from disgruntled Pancho Villa supporters). "Thank you, ladies and gentlemen. I am a lawyer in Oakland, Calif., exactly 673 miles from the Mexican border. Come and see me." Let's hear it for El Senor, the people's friend, the choice of nine out of ten doctors (applause). Now, looking at the other Coast, focussing the big eye on Chevy Chase, Md., we see none other than Charles Button doing his dusty tort book thing. Terrific, Charlie B.! Now, moving up north to Montpelier, whom should the Who's Where cameras discover but Frank Mahady. The last time we saw Frank he was a big deal in the Supreme Court of Vermont. This time he is still a big deal in the Supreme Court of Vermont. Assistant Attorney General of the state. Wow. How 'bout a little trip down the Potomac to the Capitol? There he is, Bob Lieblich, sitting fat and sassy with the U.S. Court of Claims. Any of you guys with scratches on your fenders, make your claims to Bob. More lawyers, this time Ray Thompson. Ray is a law student at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Hal Locker (who, as I recall through a beer glass darkly) came to Reunions in an all-black outfit) is a Hell's Angel in Michigan. ... Just a Jest, boys and girls, Hal's not a Hell's Angel in Michigan. ... nooooo ... he's a Hell's Angel in Iowa. HA, fooled you again. He is really another &-($"# lawyer. In Jackson, Mich. He represents the local unit of the Hell's Angels. Back at the California ranch, one more lawyer. ... Frank Small. He's doin' his thing in Palo Alto and lovin' every minute of it.

That's it for today's game of Who's Where where those who are where they are take a look at where those who aren't there and where those who are, are.

Tune in next month. Write a letter to me or I'll poison your water.
