The Dartmouth Alumni Fund Campaign is on for 1968 and good progress is being made. Congratulations to the widows of our classmates who are responding early and in good amounts. We look forward to 100% participation this year.

Bob and Lura Kenyon went to Bradenton, Fla., to watch Oakland play Pittsburgh and they were surprised to see Fred Baldwin, "The Old Salt of Cape Cod," come out onto the baseball field in his town crier's costume and make Joe Dimaggio (coach of the Oaklands) an honorary citizen of Cape Cod.
Wilfred (Bill) Smart who was 85 years old on April 22 has just decided to retire from active practice of law and has given up his Boston office. Congratulations, Bill, on the wonderful service you have performed for the public during your lifetime.

Your secretary was surprised to receive a long distance telephone call from FredBaldwin, the Honorary Town Crier of Provincetown, Mass., recently informing me that on June 15 he will become the actual Town Crier of Provincetown. Fred sure keeps busy and he plans to be in Hanover for our informal reunion in June.
