FEBRUARY 1964 G. W. GREBENSTEIN, HAROLD L. NILES

Your secretary has just received word that the Niles Company, Inc. has moved its headquarters to 79 Milk Street, Boston. Harold L. Niles and son Louville F. Niles '35 have both served as president of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and this is the only example in the Board's 71-year history, of that office being held by both father and son.

Actually the Niles Company represents four generations in real estate. The company was started near the turn of the century by Harold's father. Under the leadership of H. L. and L. F. the Niles Company has grown into New England's largest apartment management firm, and the fourth generation, Thomas Niles, son of L. F. Niles, joined the staff last July. Congratulations "Bishop" to you and the Niles family.

Our classmate, John Franklin Crocker and Mrs. Reginald Rowland announce their marriage on Thursday, December 19, 1963 at the Sage Chapel, East Northfield, Mass. Best wishes, Crick, to you both from all of us. See you in June of 1964 at Hanover.

Harry Porter and Helen are enjoying life in Old Town, Me., at 92 North 4th Street, where the temperature has been as low as 25 degrees below zero. Rocky Hazen and Dorothy are relaxing at La Jolla, Calif., and see Bill Jennings frequently. Harley Mann and Mattie of North Haverhill, N. H., are in good health. Mattie's hobby is hooking and braiding rugs.

Jarry and Marguerite Farrington of Bronxville, N. Y., say that they are looking forward to seeing the Princeton-Dartmouth football game in Hanover next fall on October 10.1 hope you make it, Art.

Ted Redington and Katherine of Santa Barbara, Calif., are planning to come east in June to see their grandson graduate at "Dear Ole Dartmouth." Edward and AgnesBarker of Rutherford, N. J., are looking forward to the year 1969 to celebrate Dartmouth's 200th anniversary. That's wonderful! So why don't all of us do just that?

Thacher and Mary Worthen of Hartford, Conn., will spend six weeks in Florida from the middle of February on. Edward Ashley of Evanston, III., plans to do likewise while his son Gardner '40 is in Europe.

Don Williams of Keene, N. H., as you know, has had eye trouble, but says he is greatly improved. Best wishes to you always. William Jennings, Box 62, La Jolla, Calif., who is still young and is in his 86th year, wishes to be remembered to all his classmates.

Bishop and Luna Niles flew to Sarasota, Fla., on January 24 to join the '07 community on the West Coast area.

Classmates having birthdays during February are: George Liscomb, 2; Russell Wright. 5; Fred Baldwin, 9; Julian Harris, 17; Otto Mayer, 18; Ralph Perkins, 24; and Arthur Taylor, 27.

Many thanks classmates, widows, and families, for your wonderful letters, Christmas and New Year's cards. Also I wish to thank those of you in Florida who have extended an invitation to Ethel and me to visit you. I wish we could make it but it is doubtful at this time. Please keep your letters coming my way.
