It is really hard, for me at least, to believe that we have been away from Dartmouth for two years. And yet, from what I read in the papers, it is clear to me that it is not quite the same college we left two years ago. The student body today is more active and more concerned about what is happening in the world. And I, for one, feel that it is a healthy involvement. Yes, there are "riots" and some violations of the law and these are unfortunate. But these students and their comrades across the country, in pursuit of a larger goal, a more meaning, ful goal - the realization of American ideals.
