Recipients of awards as the outstanding Dartmouth student-athletes in 1968- 69 are: Mike Brown, diver and co-captain-elect of the swimming team, who received the Alfred E. Watson Award as the outstanding athlete during the year (selected by the coaches); Terry Light, the baseball captain, who won the Kenneth Archibald Athletic Prize as the best all-around athlete (he is also Phi Beta Kappa); lacrosse captain Jeff Norton who won the Timothy Wright Ellis Award, and Ed Damon, captain of the ski team, who won The Dartmouth Cup.
