Ranny and Vera Hobbs have departed for Lagos and Enugu, Nigeria where they will be for the next three months. Ranny has accepted an assignment as a publishing consultant with the International Executive Service Corps.

Bob Marr reports that Chuck andBabette Jacobs, Karl and AlbertinaRodi, Roger and Louise Clark, and Keland Margaret Moore have already indicated they will be with Liela and him for the West Coast class reunion at Ojai Valley, June 2-4. All classmates and widows residing west of the Mississippi River were contacted and it is anticipated additional reservations will be forthcoming.

Allen and Fannie Leslie will be somewhere between London and Teheran on June 2 thus missing the Ojai party.

Ellie Gilbert has a role in "Forty Carats" with a company that recently played in the Windmill Dinner Theatre in Scottsdale.

Al Smith" writes from Temple, N. H. that with mud to the ankles and water in the basement, he guesses spring must be near. He was nominated to run for Selectman and was defeated, however as a member of the Board of Zoning Adjustment he presumes he will still be in a position to make plenty of non-friends.

Carl Haffenreffer has accepted the chairmanship of the Reelect Senator Pell Committee.

Ted and Betty Wolf have moved from Ridgewood to Virginia Beach. Ted is not retiring, he plans to continue his lecturing and consulting activities from Norfolk. They look forward to classmates, driving to and from Florida, stopping over for a visit.

Gladys Parker writes that the King Tut Exhibition in London, in which Dick has played such an important part, opened in glorious fashion. The Exhibit, however, did not interfere with the Parkers getting over to Paris to meet the Raymonds and Magenaus for a gathering of a majority of the Rhode Island residents of the Class.
