The Class of 1904 has learned with deep regret of the loss during the closing days of 1972 of two of our foremost members, Frank H. Stowell and Matthew W. Bullock.

Until his retirement, Frank was a very highly regarded business man in Chicago. He also was a much beloved classmate.

Matt Bullock was notable in his college days as a football star not only on a local basis, but also nationally. Later as a lawyer in Boston, he served with outstanding distinction for years as a member and at one time as chairman of the Massachusetts Parole Board.

The Class has been very pleased to learn of the large unrestricted bequest to the College recently from the estate of John H. Watson Jr., designed to found a special fund in his name.

The Class is running along, but lacking in considerable of the talent needed to promote its best interests.
