Reunion-June 14-16-Reunion

There is something for everyone at 58's fabulous 15th. Reunion. We will be combining with '59 and '60 for many of our programs and also '49 and '69. The activity actually starts on June 13 with a Reunion College followed by the first session of a Reunion Computer Course. On the 14th, President Emeritus Dickey will moderate a program entitled "Great Issues: Then and Now." Add to these an Alumni Golf tournament a trip to Mt. Moosilauke with the DOC, swimming, tennis, and a full schedule of class activities and you have as fantastic value as money can buy in a setting as beautiful as any resort. Make your plans now.

I had hoped that in this month's column I would be able to report on the 4th Annual Alumni Ski Weekend which was to be held in Hanover this weekend. It has been a tough winter for eastern snow lovers. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise, but the very mild winter we have had here, added to the fuel shortage, has brought financial problems to many ski areas, lodges, and I am sure a few banks. The gas situation seems to have eased, and there are shorter lines and filled tanks, but lack of snow has kept the crowds away. Hopefully we can resume our Ski Weekend next year.
