Your secretary commented in the October notes (typed back in August) that writing for publication six weeks later was new to him. We have a perfect "for instance" of what happens. One of the suggestions in October was that Lize Wheelock would be sending dues bills shortly. Little did we realize that they were all ready to mail and would reach the class even before the report of the reunion doings was published. But you have your bill now and if you haven't already sent your check, please do so immediately. We shouldn't suspect that Lize might need the money to go to Florida for the winter, but send it anyway. There has always been a splendid response from our very loyal widows and it is expected to continue this year.

It probably is too early to expect news from classmates resulting from the September column, but we repeat the plea to send some information for future publications. Your doings are of interest to others and if you don't tell us, we can't properly sympathize with your infirmities. As for ours, they are fortunately minimal as of now.
