Letters from classmates tell about the canes they are using, so a "Cane Club" is in the process of being formed, with membership open to any classmate or lady of 1916 who uses a cane or owns one. Special notice will be given to vintage canes and to those that are heirlooms. The count of those going to Hanover Holiday is growing. To date the list includes John Ames,Howard and Mary Buffinton, and President Ev Parker.

The trustees, at their recent meeting, were very encouraged by the report on the fraternities and the positive progress in helping to solve some of the alcohol problem. Inflation has caused another boost in tuition, rooms, and meals. Question: Is the College attempting to cover too many areas in its educational offerings?

We lost another classmate when Chet Drury died on March 12. Since retirement he had lived in Mt. Dora, Fla. The class sends its sympathy to his nieces and nephew. A memorial will appear in this or a coming issue.
