The fall reunion was the usual success, although the weather did not cooperate. It rained hard on Saturday, and many listened to the game on the radio while remaining at the Inn. Present at one time or another were the Sandoes, Robinsons, Martins, Greeleys, McCrillises, Max Huntoons, Nortons accompanied by son John and his wife Hinds, Marjorie Huntington, Nock Wallis, John Williams, Kitty Larmon, and Hildreth Allison. John Williams did his usual fine job making arrangements.

At the class meeting, Nock Wallis reported on the Alumni Fund. It was decided that next year we would go after a participation rate of 100 per cent. John McCrillis reported on bequests. Next year the reunion will be held at the time of the Penn game, which is September 18. Early reservations at the Inn are advised. At the class dinner, George Barr '45 talked on the College, with emphasis on the capital gifts campaign.

Kitty Larmon made her annual visit to Emily Gale. Over the past 42 years, she has made more than 30 such visits. Kitty reports that Emily is just fine. Florence Lagg is considering moving to California. Since Ray's death she has resided in Boston. Mose Robinson still goes to his office in New York City every day.

In September, Ray and Harriett Hinds celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at a big party in Keene, N.H. They are both natives of Keene. It was, in the words of HildrethAllison, "quite a bash." I think 60 is the class record. Max Norton has 59 years. JiggerMerrill and John McCrillis have 57, andjim Davis has 56. I believe Jack Berry comes in there somewhere. If there are any whom I have left out, I hope they come forward and let me know.

The Merrills were north this summer. They visited their daughter in Lyme and their son in Woodstock and had a celebration of their 57th wedding anniversary.

San Treat spent the summer in Rockport, Mass., and spent most of his time painting. He had a physical upset early in September but is now back in Florida and as far as I know is all right.
