I received a very newsy letter from Sherwood Burnett '39, son of our Bunny. He verifies my memory of the convict suits at reunion and says his father kept his for many years. He has a son who graduated in 1969 and a grandson whom he hopes will be a fourth generation graduate. The letter lists many anecdotes about '19ers including one about his father rescuing Max Norton from peeling potatoes at Bumpkin Island during WW I.

I have talked with Mary Sandoe several times. She is well. So is Kitty Larmon, with whom I talked on the telephone. She said she had seen Helen Norton recently and that Helen looked "just wonderful." Kitty had also talked with Emily Gale and said Emily was fine.
