Advertisements? Well, how about: "Smith Prom March 8th! Tux, Tails Pressed Today. 24 Hour Service. Frank the Tailor.
Speaking of Hanover, add to those who are in touch with that scene these days: Bob Dixon, who reports a daughter (would that be Kelly Lee, the youngest?) in the class of '82 at Dartmouth. And Jack Trant, who reports he is "enjoying Hanover and Dartmouth with daughter Marsha who is a freshman this year."
A good long note from Hank Palmer in Salisbury, N.C. "Petie and I are still in the office supplies and advertising specialties business Palmer's Stationers here. Oldest daughter Jody married to a member of the dental-school faculty at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa. Middle daughter Janet in Charlotte, N.C., married and in sales with Moore Business Forms. And youngest daughter Joan married to an ad salesman right here in Salisbury. All told, seven grandchildren. I'm current president of Salisbury Rotary Club. Petie and I enjoy regular tennis and golf. Saw Wayne and Glen Hill in Washington, D.C., this summer."
On the other side of the country, Sherman Oaks, Cal., Ira Skutch also says he's "still doing business at the same old stand. Currently producing 'Match Game' and a new show, 'Block Busters,' which I hope will help pull N.B.C. out of the daytime doldrums. We're all healthy, and that's the most important item."
Vic Schneider advises that he and Bobbie have just been presented with their first grandson by son Dick and wife in Newburyport, Mass. Daughter Patti was married recently at the Schneider home and "fortunately for us, they live in Glen Cove, the next town. See you at reunion."

And now this might be a good time to pass on the greetings. Each season a bunch of dues notices come back with no news appended but with some sort of a "say hey" message from the dues-payer of record. So consider yourself greeted, in alphabetical order, by Bill Hotaling of Shaker Heights, Ohio, Bud Kartin of Springfield, Mo., George Murphy of Houston, Tex., Hal Newell of Potomac, Mo., Dick Pace of Pensacola, Fla., Ed Phelan of Marblehead, Mass., and Dick Spillane of West Hartford, Conn.
