You will notice above that I have moved. Any mail should be sent to the above address. I have also changed jobs. I am now a patent attorney for U.S. Philips Corporation in Tarrytown, N.Y.

For the first time in a long time I actually have more news than I can print! I will give the news that I received over the telephone at a telethon last spring. Peter Bedini is a research physicist at the University of Maryland, after having received his master's there. He reports that Scott Cortvalesi got married last October.

Douglas E. Benham got a new house recently and is a programmer for Applied Management Systems. He is the oldest one there it's a small place. Doug's wife since October is Diane (Western Connecticut State University '79), and she's doing research in a lab at Yale Medical School. Doug reported on a number of classmates. Tom Jeffrey and KarenGruber are apparently in Japan. Tom is working for Hitachi as a technical writer turning Japlish into English. Mike Day is also in Japan. The last Doug heard, Mike was teaching at Osaka University. Mike Kearsley is in Flagstaff in a graduate program in biology. Diane Stewart and Denise Ruzicka Hayes live near Doug in Connecticut. Denise married Paul (now also Ruzicka Hayes) in October. Paul and Denise are both working for the state of Connecticut.

Mike Carroll met his wife, Constance, in Chicago, where he was clerking after law school. Constance graduated from St. Mary's in Indiana in 1982 and is an artist for an advertising agency. Mike and Constance just got a house in Bethesda.

Tom Bell is now a lawyer at Simpson, Thatcher, Bartlett. He married Susan Krysiewicz about two years ago: She went to Dartmouth Med School, is a radiologist at New York Hospital, and has not changed her name. He went to Oxford for two years after Dartmouth and then to Yale Law School.

Robert K. and Holly Thomas Cook both were at Denise Ruzicka's wedding. He is now working for IBM, and he and Holly live in Poughkeepsie.

Christopher Cummings planned to marry Janina Bozar (pronounced Bochar) in September, 1986, when I spoke with him, so I assume he is married n'ow. She owns a beauty salon in Simsbury, Conn., and he will move to her locale. Chris is a salesman for Data Management Corporation. He sells computer systems to office furniture distributors, lawyers, and fuel oil distributors. Peter Judson's wife, Grace, apparently had a baby boy in June, 1985. Thev're in New York Citv.

Stephen Cohen is a doctor working as a writer. He just finished two years at the public health service to pay off medical school in October. He has just finished his first screenplay and short novel and is trying to market them. The screenplay is an adaptation of the novel. He finds that he cannot write and do medicine at the same time.

Ronnie Andrews works for Prudential Investment Company, helping pension funds earn a guaranteed rate of interest. It's a dynamic job and he likes it. He married Theresa Cobb three years ago. Their daughter is now one. Theresa is a lawyer working for a judge. Both of them work in Newark and are active in the Bethel Presbyterian Church. Ronnie is the minister of music there.

Jeff Dalton is currently a researcher in computer intelligence at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.

Louis Duff works for IBM as a systems engineer doing technical support for sales. His wife, Debbie Harmon Duff, works for the League of Women Voters as the editor of their quarterly publication, called The Voter.

Kevin Thomas Hoffman married Lucia Potter in August of 1985. At that time she was a bank manager at Bayßank Systems Inc., and he was an associate vice president and assistant general counsel at Prudential Bache Securities in New York City.

I am ashamed to say that Valerie Jaffee wrote me way back in March of 1985 to report that she was named consultant liaison manager at Ericsson Communications, and I only just got around to telling you all. She was also getting a graduate degree in telecommunications at night. Sorry for the delay. I must say I don't know what to do with all the literature she sent me about Ericsson, but here is her picture.

Gar Waterman works most of the year in Italy in a town called Pietrasanta carving marble sculptures. He returns to the States to sell his work and to make money as a freelance assistance cameraman in 16mm film and video. That involves doing documentary, industrial-type films, and some TV work for things like "PM Magazine" and "20/20."

Robert Gifford married Claire Sokoloff (Brown undergrad and Yale School of Management). She is a consultant to Westinghouse, and he is an assistant development director for the Rouse Company. Both work in Columbia, Md.
