It might interest some of you to know that in last year's Alumni Fund drive, which raised $369,000 from 463 members of '64, there were 89 gifts of more than $10,000 (compared to 10 in 1984) including one of $30,000. This leadership group accounted for 75 percent of our total. For 1986, our class is looking for 450 total donors with 75 gifts over $500, including 20 over $10,000. Through the end of 1985 there were 12 pledges of more than $10,000 including one for $10,000. While this represents a good start, we're hoping that all '64s who are able will consider a gift of at least $500. The College will send to every '64 who pledges at this level or above the attractive "Core '64" engraved cocktail glass.
