Ed Williams reports the birth of his first child, Gregory Paul Williams, who "arrived in Olympian style at 10 lbs. 1 oz. and 23 inches." After four years with the Justice Department in the U.S. Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York (Manhattan), Ed returned to private practice and is now a partner in the New York office in Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Underberg, Manley, Myerson, and Casey (whew!) with offices in New York, Washington, D.C., Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Baltimore, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, and London. What? No Boston? Must be a flyby-night outfit. Ed's wife, Gail Hollister, also a lawyer, is a professor at Fordham Law School, where she teaches torts and legal writing.
Bob Parkinson writes that he has a new assignment as the navy's program manager for the H-2 Sea Sprite and H-3 Sea King helicopters. "An opportunity to excel in the halls of Washington's goldfish bowl." His office is in Crystal City, Arlington, Va., and his home is in Walford,Md.
After spending scime time in journalism and public relations, Mike Reynolds is an investigator with San Diego County's Child Abuse Unit. Mike's wife, Bernadette Probus, is an attorney in private practice. They have two teenagers, James and Julie.
I think the following is for real from Donn Tenney, but you never know. "I dropped out of Dartmouth early because I didn't share you dudes' values. I couldn't relate to the prospect of earning loads of money. I do freelance writing and still am turned off by riches."
