Here in the greater D.C. area, the campaign season is in full swing; scholarly, thought-provoking rhetoric fills the air: "My opponent will raise taxes "I will not!" "Will too!" "Liar, liar, pants on fire!" This inspirational discourse makes it difficult to focus on more mundane questions, such as how many pizzas Bruce Bierman has consumed since graduation. Well folks, even after spending three days with Biers in the Adirondacks, I didn't discover the answer. But I did learn that Biers is living near Concord, N.H., and is the controller for Signal Environmental Systems. This spring, he spent several weeks in France and hooked up with members of his LSA family.

Fred and Kate Darche and their two children, Lilly, 3½, and Sam, 4 months, are living in Spring Lake, N.J. Fred is running a family business which for some reason, he chose not to describe. Since a '79 is at the helm, I'm sure the operation is legit.
