1) He was married in Montclair to Mary MacDonald Allen (Furman University '75) on March 19. He and his wife received J.D. degrees from Emory University, and he also holds a degree in taxation from N.Y.U. He is associated with Time Inc.

2) Another lawyer duo: Just recently married (June) to Diane Nicas (Penn '83) who is a tax attorney in NYC. In the Greek Orthodox wedding ceremony he received the honorary name of "Constantine." He is on the legal staff at Kidder, Peabody & Cos. This news relayed by Parker "Speedy" MacDonell, who attended the grand affair along with Bob "Boris" Fisher, Al Church, Paul Lazarus, Tom Ruegger.

3) Another Kidder, Peabody & Cos. classmate! This one has recently been named managing director and head of the consumer products group. Congratulations.

4) Our dedicated class president, Charlie Thayer, sent news of the birth of this classmate's and Nancy's third son. Nicholas William was born in April and joins brothers David and Mark. The proud father is a neurologist in Allentown, Pa.

5) I've been told the answering machine at this house plays the theme song from "My Three Sons." Cody Alexander was born June 1 to this dynamic Dartmouth duo, joining brothers Nathan and Luke. Welcome Cody!

6) I quote an Oregon newspaper: "For three of the last four years he has been the leading industrial broker in Grubb & Ellis's Portland office. But his career path swerved sharply when he picked up a newspaper on November 24 and saw an article about several key vacancies in the Oregon Economic Development Department." In February, this classmate was selected as the regional business development officer for the Portland metropolitan region. He and his wife, Michelle, have two sons, Alexander 6, and Andrew 3.

7) From Virginia, I received news of this classmate's September 1987 marriage to Sharra Kelly. He is currently an interim pastor at St. John's Episcopal Church in Waterbury, Conn., while on sabbatical from Duke Divinity School.

8) Another Virginian! This one was inducted in February as a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

9) From Jerusalem came a letter from this classmate. He is a system programmer at Ya'ana Data Collection, a company in Tel Aviv that produces and markets data collection systems for industry. His wife, D'vora, is working in special education, and his daughters, Bracha 5, and Tzippora 3, are growing up bilingual. He hopes classmates going to Israel will visit him. 10) This classmate announced his April wedding to Rebecca Braeman, in Los Altos Hills, Calif., and said, "For this New Jersey guy who has been in California for three years, it was yet another sign that I have 'gone native.'" The couple resides in San Francisco, where he has a public relations business specializing in management writing and consulting. His business, which he operates out of his home, is called "Maxfield" in honor of New Hampshire's own Maxfield Parrish.
