Sandy Alderson was going to be in Boston the first week of October on a business trip, so DickGlovsky decided to arrange a mini-reunion. Sandy said he knew of a place with the proper ambiance and decorum, and so eleven classmates reuned in the grandstand at Fenway Park, where we enjoyed eight innings of baseball—then Sandy's Oakland A's started hitting the bejeebers out of the ball. The rest, as they say, is history.

The evening started with a dinner at a nearby Chinese restaurant. Norm and Irene Jacobs were the first to arrive, followed closely by Dick Glovsky and wife Nancy Korman. Eventually we were joined by Andy McLane, Dimitri Gerakaris, and Bill Buckley, each with their respective sons, Justin, Peter and Mark.

Our banquet table filled out as Clint andMeg Harris arrived along with Jake andMolly Bergmann. Lowell Richards, always in good company, came by himself. And taking up the rear, Jay Glaser and wife arrived. In the stands we were met by KellySimpson and family, along with some of Sandy's friends from Harvard Law. It was a good time, and our thanks go out to Sandy and Dick.

The class would also like to thank JohnLeavitt for the great job he did on the Alumni Fund. We finished third in our group and are looking forward to bettering that mark next year. Good work, John! I apologize for missing last month's column. I simply forgot, and there wasn't much news anyway. Take care and write.
