Thank you, Herb Hillman, for addressing a recent mailing of green postcards to your humble correspondent. It elicited seven replies, though one of them, from Jack Feldman, merely noted a new address: 16060 Valleywood Road, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. When you read this, Jack, please take pen in hand and give us some more news.

Roger Gilmore writes that he and Bea "shared a weekend in June with sophomore roommates Bill Bryan and wife Carol and Larry Taylor and wife Jean at our home in Cumberland, Maine. Bill is an ocean trench geologist "at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute, and Larry is a geology professor at Albion College, while I'm about to start my fourth year as president of the Portland School of Art, a degree-granting professional college. We had a great time reminiscing, particularly about DOC cabin trips and other hikes."

The Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies, Cambridge, Mass., welcomes Howard Sloane as executive director. Howard has started a "phased retirement," whatever that may be, from the University of Utah. The Center's mission is "to advance the study of behavior and its humane applications in the solution of practical problems and the pre- vention and relief of human suffering." His new business address is 11 Waterhouse Street, Cambridge, MA 02138, (617)491-9020.

Stuart Roth modestly states that he becomes chair of the National Alzheimer's Association in October. There are 215 chapters, with offices in every state and 30,000 volunteers. He encourages anyone interested in information on Alzheimer's to write directly to him at his home: 132 East 72nd Street, New York, NY 10021-4244. Stuart still travels to the Orient six times a year on business for Ciao Sport Ltd.

Irv Sherwood crammed a lot on his firsttime-ever green card: "Semi-retired, living in Naples, Fla., with aircraft simulation business in Tulsa, Okla. Wife Lee still tolerates me after 32 years, and we now have five grandchildren. Keep in touch with Dave Thielscher and on occasion with Joe Mesics. Still do a reasonable amount of world travel related to the business. Enjoy the Florida sun and the fine golf courses and fishing grounds."

Much is happening at the Aronson household, writes Howie Aronson: "In May I turned age 60, which meant that, according to FAA regulations, I can no longer fly as a captain for United Airlines. So I reverted to second officer. I have been fighting this age discriminatory rule for several years—hopefully we (over-60 pilots) will win sometime soon. My son Miles, 18 years old, will enter Ohio Wesleyan University this autumn. He is a great guy and will love college. Marge is still involved in her art work and doing well."

Back from a three-week trip to Spain are Jim and Joan Adams: "Our three weeks included the Summer Olympics in Barcelona and Expo '92 in Seville. The Games were incredibly well organized and carried out very smoothly in a delightful city—would hate to be the mayor of Adanta in 1996 as Barcelona '92 will be a tough act to follow."
