They say that nothing is [certain except death and taxes. However, I would add that when one of your children matriculates at old Dart Col, it is certain that I will hear of it.

Terry Bright is still working at IBM doing research and development related to semiconductor manufacturing. More importantly, his daughter Laura is a member of the class of 1996.

While there, Laura will no doubt meet BillStableford's son Tyler. Bill did some mountain climbing in Ecuador last January and while there visited with Bill Phillips. Bill has lived in Quito for the past 19 years where he runs his own construction company in the jungle in support of oil exploration by major companies. Bill (Stableford, that is) reports that Bill (Phillips, of course) has recently wed an Ecuadoran physician, Monica. Bill (the mountain-climber) made it to the 18,000-foot mark on a mountain called Cotopaxi. Bill (whichever) says that he and Bill (the other) are both looking forward to the 25 th Reunion.

For the next year and a half, I will close this column with a reminder of our 25 th Reunion on June 16-19, 1994. As you think ahead to meeting some of the people you have not seen for years, do me a favor and send me some grist for my mill. The category for this month is "nicknames." What names did you or any of your friends go by that today no one knows? I remember some guy called "Sheep" which always made me wonder.

Take care and write.
