We start this month with a couple of corporate entries. Carl Moulton has been elected vice chairman of the board of directors of the Specialty Steel Industry of the United States, a Washington-based trade association. Carl is president of Jessop Steel Company, a major producer of stainless-steel plate and" other specialty steels. Carl and wife Nancy live with their two sons in Upper St. Clair, Pa.

Over in agri-business, John March is now president of North American Oilseed Processing, a division of Cargill Inc.

Bill jaspersohn is close to filling an entire shelf in the children's section of your local library with his latest entry, Senator: A Profile ofBill Bradley. This book, for kids 12 and older, shows the complexity and pressures of a Senator's job and pays tribute to the dedication and integrity of Bill Bradley. Bill has written more than 15 children's books and has won several awards for his work.

In a different section of the library you'll find The Book on Congress, co-authored by PeteRobinson. This is a "how-to" book on House and Senate procedures. Pete and five other former congressional staff members "have seen what works and what doesn't work and wanted to share that knowledge with those that deal with Congress. The book is like attending a congressional seminar every time you open it."

My old roommate Jon G.H. Shastid is now vice president of the Brown-Forman Beverage Co. and director of Southern Comfort development. Jon joined that outfit in 1985 and most recently was president of California Cooler (not that I ever saw any of the stuff head my way at Christmas).

I received a letter about Jack Bolger that explained that he was undergoing some very radical chemotherapy in his fight against cancer and would appreciate getting some messages of support. He should be at home by now so if you have a minute, drop him a line at 2837 Irving Avenue S., Minneapolis, MN55408. Remindhim of our 25th Reunion June 16-19, 1994.

The Alumni Fund, I hope, has already heard from all of you. Lord knows I haven't.
