There is not much to say and so much space in which to not say it.

Dick Glovsky is organizing a get-together to discuss the upcoming 25th Reunion. The usual crowd will be there. If I could find Dick's letter, I would tell you who they are. Suffice it to say that Norm Jacobs will attend, and so we can rest assured that we will have a firm hand on the tiller. It might seem that 1994 is a long way off, but there are multitudinous details that must be attended to in order for "the big one" to be a success.

Once again, John Kitzhaber was in the thick of things concerning health care and dwindling resources to pay for it. John appeared on "60 Minutes" defending Oregon's plan to pay for only certain medical treatments. Besides being a physician John is president of the Oregon Senate.

For those with an interest in small town politics, I was re-elected to my position on the school board in Deny. Hold the drum roll please.
