Bob Dupuy was featured as "baseball's lawyer" in the October 18 issue of The National Law Journal. As outside counsel to the baseball team owners' executive council since the spring of 1992, Bob has played a key role as advisor to baseball's de facto commissioner, Bud Selig. The article makes it clear that Bob's longtime interest in baseball has enhanced his effectiveness as negotiator, arbitrator, and defender of the national pastime. Bob is a partner in the Milwaukee, Wis., firm of Foley & Lardner.

In November, Dave Ziegler, Dave Gang, and I held a South Mass dormitory minireunion in Springfield, Mass. Dave Ziegler is busy practicing law, running a wood plant specializing in furniture, and tending to a farm. Dave Gang is a pathologist on the staff at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield and enjoys collecting antique toys.

John Eisold, USN, participated in the Dartmouth Medical School Career Day by conducting a session on military medicine. KenDardick and his partners spent a weekend last year immunizing 12,000 U-Conn students when three cases of spinal meningitis broke out on campus.
