Roger Bury, during the temporary absence of Speakeasy Editor BobLong, sent out a call to rally the troops for a '27 mini-reunion September 23-24, when Penn plays Dartmouth in Hanover. Hopefully some of you have responded positively and will be on hand to enjoy the meals and entertainment Rog has set up. He has dragooned his son, Curtis 'S3, to recount his experiences on vacations throughout the United Kingdom while he was doing a stint of four years for Big Blue there. You might consider this a Last Hurrah for '27 mini-reunions. However, it might not be too early to put in a plug for our 70th Reunion in June 1997, a final roundup.

Just ten years ago our former secretary Charlie Paddock was sending birthday cards to classmates entering their eighties. Now, we survivors are moving into our nineties. That is why these notes contain more obituary notices than news of surviving classmates. Let's hear from the living!
