Back in mid-June, Bob and Tanna Fernald traveled to Chappaqua, N.Y., to attend the wedding of a granddaughter of Florida neighbors of theirs. The affair was notable not only because the bride graduated from Dartmouth a couple of years ago, but also because the guests included some 55 Dartmouth alumni! Sounds like a record turnout. In addition to the Fernalds, Harry and Rose Cornis were among those present. This fall Harry and Rose for a change are not planning a trip to Europe but will be going out to St. Paul, Minn., to visit their son, and then on to California to visit granddaughters. In the meantime they are making definite plans to join the group at our minireunion in Hanover September 29-October 1. If you haven't yet made plans to attend the gathering, there may still be space available at the Airport Economy Inn or some nearby hostelry.

Boyce and Betty Price are still enjoying life at Kendal-at-Hanover. Boyce has been keeping active with tennis, swimming (indoor and outdoor), and boating on the river. In his spare time he has been doing some painting, both landscapes and portraits. Last winter he even gave some instruction in painting at Kendal. All this in addition to posing for some of those classy Kendal ads which have been appearing in this publication, and coming up with a logo for our 60th. A man of many talents!

Milt and Marge Johnston were planning a summer trip of ten days or so to visit a daughter in Columbia City, Ind., with stops along the way in Cincinnati and Middletown. Ray and Jerri Builter were going to be watching over the Johnston residence during that time. Perhaps after the Johnstons' return Milt and Ray had an opportunity to discuss general guidelines and probable expenses for the big 60th Reunion. Hope you have already made a note of the dates for that occasion: June 10-12, 1996. Looking forward to seeing you there and, in the meantime, please drop us a line and tell us what's going on in your neck of the woods.
