I talked with Boyce Price yesterday and he informed me that he had received very little positive response in reply to his request for interest in a mini-reunion in the fall. So it looks now (as of June 21) as though we will not be having a get-together this year. If by some miracle a number of classmates are able to drop their crutches or get rid of their oxygen tanks, and a meeting is possible, we will certainly let you know.

One example of why it is difficult for many of us to get to Hanover is Ray Builter. He and Jerri have given up their home in Connecticut and now live in Venice, Florida, all year. For them, as for many others in similar circumstances, a trip to Hanover for one weekend is out of the question.

I talked with Isabel Pounder this morning. She is a number of years younger than most of us, but is beginning to feel some of the aches and twinges we are used to. Otherwise, she sounded fine and apparently is busy as usual.

I received word just recently from the College that Dick Brierley died on June 5. No more information is available. In any case, we extend our condolences to his family.
