This month brings career, not family, news. Richard Dwight, or Navy Lt. Richard H. Dwight, I should say, just completed a six-month overseas deployment with Attack Squadron 75, which included duty in the Adriatic Sea near Bosnia Herzegovina. Richard served aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower during the 44,000-mile voyage. Tyler Goldman got his dream job. Tyler competed against 3,000 applicants and got his dream job at the nation's premier law firm, Sternberg & Moorad. Tyler had interesting tactics. After an initial interview—dinner in Newport Beach with name partners Leigh Sternberg and Jeff Moorad and 49er quarterback Steve YoungTyler wrote a ten-page proposal about what he could do for Sternberg & Moorad and had it delivered by a singing chicken. The tune? "Take Me Out to the Ballgame." Tyler completed a combined Northwestern business and law graduate program and then started his legal career at Wilson Sonsini.

Tim Dournes has just been named Johns Hopkins University's athletic director. Tim will be responsible for overseeing the program's compliance with NCAA regulations and guidelines as well as scheduling and maintenance of Hopkins athletic facilities. Tim went to Washington Lee School of Law.

Finally, Barbara Rita Jenny is a featured sculptor in Exeter's outdoor exhibit this fall. "Outside" is the second annual Contemporary Outdoor Sculpture exhibit on the grounds of the Moses-Kent House Museum. One hundred-year-old trees shelter shaded vignettes in this rustic New England setting.

Keep the news coming folks.
