Fill up the gas tank and get ready for the greatest roadtrip of the decade. In just a few weeks, hundreds of classmates will be headed for Hanover and our great 30th Reunion, "The Roads Lead On." Those who are making plans to attend were recently announced in the class newsletter. The list included the likes of Rich Davey,Hank Amon, Peter Rosemarin, GeorgeLinton, Chip Hayes, and Steve Farrow. If that isn't enough enticement, add your name to the list so that everyone will want to be there.

You have heard about some of the plans, including dinners, dancing, seminars, the 30th Reunion auction, the Glee Club concert, the class symposium, the clam bake, the Karaoke festival, golfing, hiking, and much more. Your memories of Hanover may remind you of frigid winters and hours of "booking." Come back to campus and we promise to deliver sunny weather, fascinating company, and no homework!

There were so many classmates at the minireunion last fall that I am still trying to fill you in on recent happenings. Bob Blake and Ken McGruther were practicing their tennis skills so they could be ready for this summer. When he is working, Bob roams the world from Chicago to the Pacific rim encouraging MIT graduates to support their school. Ken runs a resort and golf course in Colorado in his spare time. Mike and Jeannine Orr are wise enough to come from South Carolina in the fall and summer, leaving New England to others in the winter. Dick and JeanBordeau visit Hanover frequently to visit their Dartmouth son, Jon. Dick has opened a suburban office and is happier now that he does not have to commute to Boston each day. Art and Reni Yasuda flew in from San Francisco to visit with their son Marc '98. Art is busy with investment sales when he is not attending reunions.

Roger Hanson still participates in marathons and triathlons. He was at the mini with his wife, Nancy. Roger reports that RickMonahan lives near Keene, N.H., where he is busy renovating the Colonial I heater, and that Bob Komives has been leading bike tours in Costa Rica with his wife, Marney. Roger also informed us that John Fletcher has switched to a new venture in 3-D television, something called "Vision Three." We heard that Eric Knox was in San Francisco to share his knowledge with his colleagues in the medical profession. Eric is busy with health-care reform in Minnesota.

Ted and Ann Atkinson come to most reunions and usually have interesting stories to relate. Ted gave Ann an anniversary present that was a thrilling surprise a trip to Ireland. Later, Ted got together with Bill Webster and Mike Orr for a golf tournament to benefit the Eugene O'Neill theater. We heard that Ted had to use his nine iron to retrieve a faulty club from a tree. Ted always plays well, so it had to have been a "bad club."

You must have heard about the exciting project that the class of '65 is sponsoring. The relocation of Baker Library's Special Collections to a renovated Webster Hall is paving the way for the planned expansion of Baker Library. Our class has committed to raising an initial $500,000 toward an eventual $1.35 million to fund the Class of 1965 study bal- conies and exhibition gallery. Help us do it.

Reunions are all about Dartmouth, so we hope that you will be able to join us and that you will respond to the call for supporting the class projects and the Alumni Fund. In the meantime, book your room for June 15-18 for our reunion, "The Roads Lead On.'
