You may recall that during our years at Dartmouth a production of the Carol Burnett musi cal romp Once Upon A Mattress, which is now a successful revival on Broadway, was staged at the Hop. What you may not remember is that Jerry Zaks '67, the prize-winning stage and film director, and Bob Reich '67, the justretired secretary of labor, were in the cast. And the director, our classmate Brad Stein.

This information, along with Brad's efforts to arrange a reunion of what, certainly, has proven to be one of the College's most notable casts, was relayed recently by Brad's son, Zack, a '96 now working as a business analyst with the UMS Group, consultants in Parsippany, N.J. Zack's sister Elizabeth, Harvard '94, is working in publishing in Boston and Alex is a sixth-grader in Mamaroneck, N.Y.

As for Brad, he married Mary and followed his muse into public school English teaching in Washington, D.C., for about 13 years and then into law. He's currently a partner at Fleming, Zulack & Williamson in N.Y.C., where he can be reached to discuss cast reunions, or legal matters.

Here's one classmate I would love to have over my shoulder around the old Macintosh. Ken Zuhr is a technical instructor at Cisco Systems, where he has been teaching communications software and hardware skills for two years. He did similar work at DEC for a dozen. (Ken suggested I put our info, update form on-line as an email template. Great idea, Ken. How?) The rest of the Zuhr family is at Gilroy High. Mom Ann is a math teacher, Elizabeth a senior planning to attend UC Davis, and Kathryn 15 is a serious ballet dancer.

It may not have been what his highschool guidance counselor recommended at career day, but it could well be Bill Wilson has found the perfect occupation. He runs Nankai Translations in South Miami, and does freelance translations of documents, books, and videos into Far Eastern languages. Which leaves Bill time to paddle the Everglades and participate in native plant gardening and animal rescue missions. Both Bill's children are in the jungles of N.Y.C. Matt 27 as an attorney with Davis, Polk & Waddel; Michelle 25 with a publishing firm.

Please pass along your good news this spring. And if anyone has heard from our old friend Jeff Amory, a '65 who graduated with us, please let me know.
