Greg Smith '97,left, presents the Ivy championship banner for the 1996 football team to Larry Leavitt '25 during half-time of the Dartmouth-Harvard football game this past fall (Dartmouth lost, 0-24). leavitt has been closely connected to Dartmouth athletics for more than 75 years as a fullback on the undefeated 1925 squad, as an avid spectator,and,beginning in 1963, as alumni coordinator for the Athletic Sponsor Program.
