It's good to hear that Barry Sullivan is mobile again after two strokes. "I can walk, exercise, and drive the car, just in Fairfax," where he has lived 40 years, many friends and three sons nearby. He's had cataracts removed; "I see better than in 20 years. Life is very crowded." Elaine and ArtFunk had two weeks in France following his interest in the wartime resistance, then Paris and London, via the "Chunnel."

Midge and Zeb White moved to 2211 Falcon Hill Place, Lynchburg, VA 24503; (804) 386-4443, across the street from their son and grandchildren. They'll celebrate their 60th Aug. 26. Blessings! Elizabeth Tobey Gonnermann, Fred's widow, moved to 436 Union Ave., Laconia, NH 03246; (603) 524-5272. Lib was in the Plymouth '35 high school class when Walter Chase, now retired M.D., lived there. Walter and Maxine divide time between Eustis, Fla., and 1020 Sir Knight Road, Plainwell, MI 49080.

Jack Patrick, after a lifetime in the lumber business founded by his father in Oregon, is recognized for his and wife Jean's work for Marylhurst University. He is most proud of the Silver Star earned during the war and the Double Eagle on the golf course. Boyce Price has shown 30 paintings at Kendall and Essex, Conn., where he and Betty lived, both by invitation. We remember the large family portrait in their home on our last visit. I'll brag that my Ilona has done a very elaborate mask, by request, for an Oakland benefit.

Catherine (Pat) Hoffman moved to 4116 Fellowship Drive, Vasking Ridge, NJ 07920; (908) 604-1422. Bill died May 22 after struggling with melanoma. Pat arranged for "Dartmouth Undying" to be played at the service. It probably most of all makes nostalgia well up in all of us.

Al Gibney suggested "we develop a class position in the debate re the social fature of the College." Send Boyce your views, me your news, Hanover your dues.
