It is a real pleasure, in this issue of DAM, to yield 1920's first place in the Class Notes to the great class of 1918. We are proud to claim Bill Ryan (and any others who in the mid-up years of WWI graduated with 1920) as "auxiliary" classmates. May Bill flourish into the next century! Alas, we have no news to report at this time. So be sure to read and enjoy Pat Koedding's admirable report of the Bill Ryan story. And please, please send me any news, comments, reminiscences, or whatever! Faithfully yours,
