So much news that I'll let it speak for itself. Ben Metternich writes that he is "still working in Brazil on a regional environmental and development project. It's fun, but we are aching to get back to the rain forest." Ben is engaged to be married in September "to an Austrian girl called Nina" who works on the same project. Congratulations! Logan Bullitt and wife Suzanne welcomed daughter Katherine Elizabeth into the world on August 3,2001. The Bullitts have been enjoying life in Severna Park, Maryland, for the past three years, but "we miss the snow (Sue is a 1994 UNH graduate)." Logan keeps in touch with Greg and Debbie Zucker and their son, Jake, as well as Dave and Tracy Angeramo and their son, Nicholas. "All are well and can't wait to get back to Hanover," writes Logan. The rest of this column will be brought to you by Hally Burak, who recently wrote with a columns worth of news—thanks, Hally, for all this great stuff! (If you want to take over in a couple of years, let me know) "I was married on October 7,2001, to Greg Bayer (Princeton '94) by ourvery own classmate, Rabbi Elizabeth Goldstein. Elizabeth was ordained last spring at Hebrew Union College in NYC and is working on her Ph.D. in San Diego. We had the honor of being Elizabeths first wedding, and she rose to the occasion with an incredibly personal and special ceremony that touched everyone. The lovely ladies of Sargent Street were in attendance, along with some solid representation from Apartment A and 49 Leb. (because no matter how far from Dartmouth we stray, we will eternally be remembered by our off-campus housing). Here's a rundown on what our wedding crowd is up to: In the baby department, we have Maggie Lockwood Ross and Elisabeth, brand-new mom Kristen (Suida) Rosenbaum and Sydney, and Stacia (Smith) Branca and Libby. Maggie is living in Philly with husband Billy Ross '9l. So far I haven't seen their baby dressed in anything besides green and white. Suidabaum, as she is now referred to, is living in London with husband Dan. Stacy is way ahead of the game with baby No. 2 on the way. Of course this didn't stop her from sliding stomach-first into first base at our wedding weekend softball game. However, had Stacy been injured there would have been plenty of doctors in the house to care for her, and lawyers to sue us. Gila (Ackerman) Steinbock is a pediatrician living in NYC with her husband, Roy. She ran the NYC Marathon this fall, as did Abby Karp, who has been living in NYC since she finished Harvard Business School in '99. Recently engaged Amy Nevin has settled back in hometown Pittsburgh and is finishing her pediatric residency. And because you can never have enough pediatricians at your wedding, Raj Shah '92 rounded out the pack. He's a pediatrician in Boston. Sarah Jacobson is coming into the home stretch, finishing medical school at U of Michigan this spring. Kim Gantcher and Tracy Timbers are lawyers in New York, and Dawn Matthews is a lawyer in Chicago but we're working very hard on convincing her to come back to the Big Apple. Jenzie Zepralka graduated from Penn Law last spring and has moved to London. In addition to Suidabaum, she is in good company with neighbors Naoko (Wakabayashi) Wood, who works at Morgan Stanley, and her husband, Nick. We are wondering when Jenzie will start talking like Mary Poppins. Other guests included Jill Adelman and Marsha Davis '93—both social workers in NYC—and Juliana Chittick, who recently graduated from Yale architecture school and is currently working on Harrison Ford's new apartment (how cool is that?). When Chittick is finished, she can start on Beth (Donohoe) and Todd Cook's '93 new home in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Or Beth could consider using the architectural services of Jill Porter Larson, who just moved back to NYC from Seattle with hushand Steve."
