Let's get the bad news out of the way. First, Willy Ogg died February 27. I thought I was a golfer until I saw him swing. First and foremost he was a true son of Dartmouth, and will be sorely missed. I know you are in paradise breaking 70 every time you play.

We also lost Bob Johnson and Dave Gallagher. Not sure about Henry Evans. Any information about him will be welcomed.

Thanks, Monnie Hattenbach, for the great letter you sent me. Brings back remembrances of the hole in one you had on the tough hole from the bottom of the ski jump.

Thanks, Mary Perke, wife of Walt, for your letter, which I'm passing on to wonderful Helen Gelof because my space is limited.

Thanks, Bill Mathers, for coming through as usual with a fine Green Card. I will certainly try to get back this fall. After all, California is just around the corner when it comes to Hanover.

Florrie Fitzhugh expressed doubt to me that the picture of her in the Tear Bag was authentic, even though we all know she can do it. Would I lie to you, Florrie? Sorry that Bill is having a hard time health-wise. I know you will get him through this.

Keep the Green Cards coming. Hope all of you are enjoying life as much as Joy and I.
