Here is some "late news." The annual holiday luncheon was held on December 11, 2007, at the Norwich Inn. Attending were Paul and Laura Caravatt, Bud and Alberta Elder, Dick and Barbara Hinman, Paul Glover, Bob and Peg Tin-ell, Vesta Smith, Harry and Peg Hampton, Craig and Jocelyn Cain, Ted Safford, Fred Berthold and Matt Marshall. Nan and I were unable to attend, but all reports indicate a thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all. This event is the only time in our luncheon schedule when the men and women meet together! A number of issues were reportedly discussed, including a one-time contribution to the Dartmouth figure skating team, which has won three national intercollegiate championships during the last three years. The amount of our contribution was left to the discretion of our president. This is a club sport and certainly deserves our support. Our 65th reunion is coming up in 2010. The reunion committee consisting of Bob Paulson (chair), Harry Hampton, Bull Hinman and Craig Cain will soon begin its work. We look forward to a really good attendance. Hope the new year has been good to you and yours so far.
