Hello '05s—happy summer! As always, you guys are keeping busy!

Joe DiMaria wrote to say that he "decided that three years in the hedge fund world in Norwalk, Connecticut, was enough and moved back home to Chicago. I'm living in Wrigleyville and am spending the summer going to Cubs games, running on Lake Michigan (training for the Chicago Marathon in October) and enjoying the bar scene before starting a trading job. If anyone is visiting the greatest city in the world or needs a fourth there, drop me a line."

Valentina Gutierrez tells me it was a minireunion at Meredith Willsen's wedding (to Trevor Chickosky) in Carmel, California, on June 14. Tessa Woodward, Katrina Koslov, Melissa Henley and Valentina were all bridesmaids. Michael Swift, Samuel Baldwin, Michael Morris, Nick Baum and Diede van Lamoen were all there as well. Congratulations!

Congratulations to Sarah Milewski, who was married in November. Margaret Thering traveled to Houston with Jenny Jun, Sarah Rogers, Karin Edwardson and Amy Matteini for the wedding.

In March Kelly Morr traveled to New York City from L.A. and met up with Margaret, as well as other '05s Jeanne Franzone, Krista Sande-Kerback, Ames O'Neill, Victoria Lee and Becky Bruccoleri.

More congratulations are in order for Merrick Johnston, who is engaged! She had an engagement party in Alaska in June to celebrate—I hear there were a number of'05s there, but you'll have to wait until next time for more info.

Sally Newman is spending the summer in the Bay Area working as a law clerk at Earthjustice in Oakland. She recently spent some time hiking Half Dome with Sarah Hackney '06. When we caught up she mentioned that Karla Kingsley has been racing competitively on her bike a lot—and there are some awesome pictures of her racing on her Facebook site.

Tommy Dickie will be spending this summer at the Shakespeare Theater of New Jersey in its Next State Ensemble. He also just had an "under 5" (speaking role of under five lines) on One Life to Live, playing Firefighter No. 2. It was scheduled to air on July 28 on ABC.

Dan Hui will be living in Shanghai this summer for three months, working at an architecture firm. He'll also be going to the Olympics if any of you have tickets and want to go with! I heard from the wonderful Kedar Deshpande, who is living in Minneapolis and loving it. He tells me that there are lots of great vegan restaurants—"even movie theaters offer vegan cookies!" That's all I have this time, friends. I know you're all doing interesting things, so don't forget to let me know—and rat out your friends!
