“This is a time for a great institution like Dartmouth to think about how to leap ahead when others are afraid and cutting back,” said Dr. Jim Yong Kim when he was introduced as Dartmouth’s new president March 2. “It’s a matter of being strategic.” Kim, 49, will occupy the big office in Parkhurst starting July 1.
