Thank you to those club and association leaders, event organizers and hosts who provided news of their activities. Your event reports enable us to recognize your efforts and provide other clubs with interesting and innovative ideas for alumni gatherings.

The Dartmouth Club of Hawaii does not wait until Friday to have a pua hana party. The club hosts quarterly after work gatherings, one of which was held on a Tuesday evening in June at Aloha Tower in Honolulu. Club president Howard Hodel ’75 reports that Keith Schuricht ’05, Th’06, organized the get-together attended by undergrads, alumni, spouses and guests, includ- ing Willie Hodel ’15, Christine Terada Schuricht ’07, David Hofiezer ’04, Julian Saltman ’04, Alanna James ’93, Joy Piotrowski ’13, Julia Lau ’17, Cecily Kaya ’09, Staffan Skallenas, Th’07, Venessa Skallenas ’07, Kristin Counter ’06, Ryan Counter ’06, Glenn nofsinger, th’07, and everett a. Mccassey II ’89. in August the Hawaii club held an undergrad send- off party at the Elks Club in Honolulu that was attended by alumni and guests, including Howard Hodel ’75, Willie Hodel ’15, Keith Schuricht ’05, Th’06, Staffan Skallenas, Th’07, John Haraguchi ’67, Daniel Tom ’68, Jim Leavitt ’63, Cecily Kaya ’09, Christine Terada Schuricht ’07, Patty Chan P’15, Vanessa Skallenas ’07, Ashley Kekona ’18, Kourtney Kawano ’18, Andie Conching ’18, Heidi Ahn ’18 and cody Fujii ’18.

The Dartmouth Club of the Gulf Coast built an event in New Orleans around former Dartmouth Aire and Sing Off standout Michael Odokara-Okig- bo ’12 of Los Angeles, who was working in a film production in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Michael o., as he is known to his fans, gave a solo singing concert for about 25 alumni. The club hosted students at a send-off party in August in New Orleans attended by 30 alumni, undergrads and guests from Louisiana and Mississippi, includ- ing F.J. Eicke ’61, Connor Flint ’14, Jeff Gimble ’77, Janet Hong ’13, Ken Klemm ’86, allessandra leDoux ’17, Michaela LeDoux ’17, Jessica Link ’17, Charlotte link P’17, Robert link ’72, tommy mcgoey P’16, rebecca mcgoey P’16, Brian song ’11 and Richard Tupler ’84.

On March 15 members of the Dartmouth Club of Eastern Fairfield County (DCEFC) toured the Winemaker’s Boutique in Stratford, Con- necticut. Recognized as 2014 Small Club of the Year, DCEFC in May elected Nicole Schmidt ’94 to succeed Sara Burbine Potter ’91 as its president.

The Dartmouth Club of Greater San Fran- cisco held an August send-off barbecue party in Berkeley, California, at the Olympic Circle Sailing Club, owned by Anthony Sandberg ’71. Thirty-two alumni, undergrads, guests and parents attended, including anthony Sandberg ’71, nancy lyness ’87, Bex Bishop ’95, Joe Fahs ’01, John Dzenitis ’86, Randy Shepard ’72, Sarah Noonberg ’89, Mark Cormier ’82 and Dick Wenzel ’71.

The Dartmouth Club of Maryland hosted Hanover-bound members of the class of 2018 at an August send-off party at the Federal Hill home of Maggie and Bruce Kennedy ’00. In July the Maryland club renewed a commitment to community service organized by Ann Irvine ’06 at the Baltimore Station homeless shelter, where seven alumni served dinner to its residents.

The Dartmouth Association of the Rocky Mountains (DARM) has something for everyone in every season. Whether it is the 75-member DARM cycling team coordinated by Bruce Jordan ’74, a March ski trip to Homestake Peak in east central Colorado organized by Courtney and Aaron Delfausse, tu’06, or a special reception organized at Denver’s Comedy Works by Jennifer Ulasewich ’93 at which standup comedienne Aisha Tyler ’91 performed, DARM members have many oppor- tunities for alumni camaraderie and fun.
