Information has just been received of the death of George Lockwood on October 2, 1945, at Douglas, Ariz. His death was followed by that of his widow two months later. George had retired from government service in which he had been practically from the time of his graduation from Dartmouth. Further item will be found in the In Memoriam columns.

Oscar Tabor has advised the Alumni Records Office of his change of address to Boscawen, N. H.

Joe and Catherine Carney spent the month of April at Virginia Hot Spring, Va„ where Joe reveled in golf on his first vacation since the beginning of the war.

Everett Hoyt and Mrs. Hoyt visited with their children and grandchildren in the Middle West after attending the wedding at Akron, Ohio, of their younger son William E. Jr. ('37).
