Class news is skimpy this month. Reasonscant heed to the Secretary's plea to send some to him.

Felicitations on December birthdays to Charlie Donahue, Montie Fuller and JoeHobbs.

Haxvley Chase has a unique distinction among 'ggers. His oldest grandchild, Peter McSpadden of Montclair, N. J., is a member of the class of 1952.

Frank Staley has bought a new home. The address is 2654 Thornhill Drive, San Carlos, Calif. Son Walter says Frank and Pearl are both in fine fettle. Walter, his wife and two boys were in Hanover early this fall. The boys are planning to eventually enter Dartmouth. After Hanover, the family visited GeorgeClark, his barns and barnyards, cellar, attic and entire bucolic domain.

Plans for the 50th at Hanover during Commencement June 11, 12 and 13 are in progress. It is customary to reserve accommodations at the Hanover Inn for the half century class. This has been done. Informal headquarters will be at the Ski Hut in the rear of the hotel. It has a commodious room with piano and furnishings, and there is a lawn in front for outdoor sitting around. A '99 family dinner will be held in Thayer Hall, Saturday evening, June 12.

A memorial service and other events, including participation in Alumni functions, are on the program. Full details will be sent to all later, after consultation with the Executive Committee. All able to walk will make this a must journey, at least once again, to our golden anniversary in the Hanover Hills.

A new address for Fred Crolius—322s sth Avenue, Pittsburgh 13, Pa.

Off again, back again "Toot" now lives at 611 East 27th Street, Minneapolis 7, Minn. Prof. Benezet's new address is 222 Fredonia Avenue, Peoria 5, Ill. What is Baldwin's? Does any one know?

The Secretary attended the Dartmouth-Yale and Dartmouth-Princeton football games. No less zestful than through the years but in tempered key. Saw some contemporaries but none from our class.

A Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all in the families of '99!

Secretary, The New York Times 229 West 43rd St., New York 18, N. Y. Treasurer, 34 Brighton Rd., Worcester, Mass.
