With Christmas in the air, and the New Year just around the corner, it is again time to send good cheer and best wishes for the coming holiday season.
Married as planned in September in Old Greenwich, Conn., were Barry Marks and the former Miss Gale Holman. Barry and his wife Gale are making their home in Waypota, Minn, and studying at the University of Minnesota, Gale completing her undergraduate work, and Barry working for his Master's Depee in American Studies. Jack Daniels, working in Minneapolis for the Northwestern National Bank, was honored as the Marks' first dinner guest.
The former Miss Elizabeth Wright and AlColton were recently married in New York City. The Coltons planned to sail on the Queen Mary, and Al will study for three years at Oxford under his Rhodes scholarship. Also married in September in New York City were Miss Diane Limenfeld and Reuben Samuels. The Samuels' honeymooned in New England, including a brief stop in Hanover, before settling down in Englewood, N. J.
The engagement of Miss Lora Blanche Blake to Bill Harding was recently announced. Miss Blake is a graduate of Radcliffe, while Bill is completing his studies in Hanover. Also engaged, and planning a fall wedding, are Miss Theda H. Schmidt and Carl Kuniholm. Miss Schmidt has studied at Queens College, Harvard University, and Smith College, while Carl graduated from Dartmouth last year after studying at Clark and Harvard before coming to Dartmouth.
Vincent Burke is an Assistant Engineer, living in Los Angeles. Will Caryl is doing engineering work in Bakersfield, Calif. AllenCharlton is teaching in Kissimmee, Fla. Warren Hulser is teaching at Hebron Academy in Hebron, Me. George Lyon is attending the Harvard Medical School.
Ens. Bob Morrison is stationed on the USSR. H. McCard, a destroyer. Don Start is an auditor in Boston for Stewart Watts & Boiling. Ed Davidson was married on October 7 to the former Miss Ruthe Evelyn Garretson.
