Happy May birthdays to Dearborn,Hawkes, Hoban, Kendall, Lynch and Whittier.

Warren Kendall completed another '99 cycle in the Far West late in March. He enjoyed a visit with Helen Ruggles, widow of Willis Hodgkins, and her children, Barbara and William. "Helen," said Warren, "holds bloom of youth well." Dick, the youngest, lives near Tucson. Barbara has two fine children. Kimmie, who lives in Pasadena, went to Los Angeles to see Warren. Frank and PearlStaley were there at the time and all had a pleasant '99 reunion.

Between Los Angeles and Bakersfield, Warren observed a very extensive road-building project under way—rebuilding what is known as the Ridge Road. Winston Bros., of which Lute Oakes is president, are the contractors. While in Seattle in March, Lute saw Caroline Woodward. He said she was fine and had cleaned up all the doctor's affairs except their house at the lake which she hoped to sell this spring. All is well with Lute, Ann and the rest of their family.

Jonathan Lockwood Barney, another heir for the Roger Barneys, was born March 10.

Announcement was made March 28, of the marriage of Miss Nancy Waterman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred E. Waterman of Norwich, Vt., and Robert C. Joy, son of Clarenceand Lena Joy. Robert is a student at Dartmouth Medical School.

George Rounds has moved back to Birmingham, Mich., where he formerly lived. His address is 676 Dewey St.

Mark on your calendar the weekend of June 19 and 20 for the annual Class family gathering at the New Ocean House, Swampscott, Massachusetts. This will be the sth. Notice about room reservations, etc., will be mailed this month.

Please write a letter to the Secretary and tell him news of yourself and family. Even if it doesn't seem important to you, it would be interesting to your classmates. Make it as chatty as you like.
