1951 ....another six months and we show in Hanover for our fifth reunion. Though some of us haven't been out of school that long I still find it hard to believe. I imagine some of you feel that way too. Don t forget the dates June 22, 23 and 24.

Word from several '46s along with the Alumni Records Office tells that a lot of the Class are again in the service. You'll notice it in this column and in those to come. I sincerely hope you'll keep us posted on your activities.

Dave Whipple has recently received his appointment as Vice Consul at Hanoi in Indo China and by the time you read this will have arrived at his post. That's a real hot

spot! Frank Ettari has left Campbell Soup and is now selling coal for a concern in New York City.

Christmas card from Dr. Mike Rapak, who has been recalled to active duty, and is now doing neurosurgery and general surgery aboard the USS Haven in Korean waters.

Oiuen Fraser is underwriting fire insurance in New York City. Bob Pensmith is an accountant, living in Bergenfield, N. J. HarryCarr is a manufacturers' representative for furniture, also in New York. Andy Bullis is teaching at Muhlenburg College at Allentown, Pa. Bob Levinson is now living at the Dartmouth Club in New York. Bob Clifton is doctoring at the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, N. Y.

Earle Angstadt and Suzanne Elizabeth Ferris of Evanston, Ill., announced their engagement in October. Earle is a buyer for R. H. Macy Co.

Beaucoup guys and girls have taken the big step recently: Christian Gianola and Dr. Mary Patricia Brayton of Poultney, Vt„ were married there on October 28. Christian is a graduate student at Columbia.

Charles Friedrich and Ellen Mari Bindon of Arlington, N. J., were married in Newark in October.

Bob Shurts and Arlene May Gardner of Rahway, N. J., were married there on October al. Bob is with the sales department of the California Oil Co. in Perth Amboy.

John C. Barker and Nancy Joanna Weisser of Lancaster, Pa., tied the knot in Albany, Ga., on August 15. John did graduate work at the University of Oslo in Norway. Prior to his recall to the Navy he worked for Wallace Silversmiths in Wallingford, Conn.

Dr. William Birchard was married to Mildred Paige French on October 1 in Middlebury, Vt. Bill is a graduate of the Harvard Medical School and is now assistant resident physician at the Boston City Hospital.

Joe Holtzer was married to Jackie Bromby of Inglewood, Calif., in that city last July 7. Joe is now on the USS Bataan somewhere overseas.

Edgar Simon and Patricia Dale Strassburger of Montgomery, Ala., were married this past August and are now living in New York.

Word from the Ed Slys announce the arrival of Steven James, born on November 17. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ashley and the StanWatermans were in Hanover early in December for a few days.
