Divot Diggers Jamboree: The annual College Club Golf League outing will be held on June 5 at the popular Apawamis Club in Rye, N. Y. Last year the Green pill pounders came home with the coveted trophy, which now reposes in the spot of honor in the Club rooms. All alumni are cordially invited; foursomes will be formed on the first tee; plenty of prizes are awarded for every type of golf, from the 70's to those which require an IBM after the second tee. A delightful dinner party follows the struggle of the nineteenth hole. Dartmouth's representative on the League's Board of Governors is Herb Rice '25.

Rooms for the Asking: As a result of the comprehensive questionnaire recently distributed among the membership by Karl Pittelkow '29 and his able House Committee, two additional sleeping rooms at the Club have been made available for the use of members on a transient basis. These rooms may be reserved in advance by those who expect to find themselves unexpectedly in the City at a late hour. A summary of the replies to the questionnaire, on such matters as food, bar service, dining rooms, etc., is printed in the May issue of the Club News.

Those You Know: Jim McKeon, popular assistant manager of the Club, is now, with some assistance from Mrs. Jim, the proud papa of twins Patricia Anne and Kevin Edward, born on April 23. Congrats, dad.

Down from Hyannis, Mass., on his almost annual sojourn was Tommy "Veg" Groves '18, whose famous "Garden Truck" used to tickle the ribs of his contemporaries. Traded some pleasant reminiscences with Mac McElwain '18.

A touchdown and extra point were credited to Myles Lane '28, for his successful prosecution of the Costello contempt trial, by local sports scribe Joe Williams. Still an All-American.
