Football Frolics: On November 15, as the Green sought the scalp of the James boys in Ithaca, a large gathering of members of the Dartmouth Club of New York enjoyed the annual fall cocktail party. Old friends and new, accompanied by wives and guests, joined in the songs of Dartmouth and college days. The few displaced rebels in our midst had a field day, as the TV screen carried the Alabama-Georgia Tech hassle. This is football?
Greatly enjoyed and appreciated -by metropolitan alumni were the Dartmouth parking space and lunch bar at the Princeton stadium, provided by the authorities and students of Nassau. With the Columbia triumph taking place in Hanover this year, this was the One To See for most of us. Thanx, Tigers.
Plans are going forward for the annual Dartmouth Club Holiday Tea Dance, to be held on Tuesday, December 23. The usual terrific turnout is expected, and with good reason. Full report on this later.

The latch-string is always open at 37 East 39th St., and we sincerely hope that all alumni, old and new, as well as undergraduates during the holidays, will drop in if they find themselves in or near Manhattan. You'll usually find a classmate or acquaintance, and you're a cinch to make new friends there.
