Elaborate plans are being made for the biggest program of the year by the Dartmouth Club of Washington, D. C., the annual spring dinner on the night of March 5, with President Dickey, Sherm Adams, assistant to President Eisenhower, and Arthur Vandenburg, Eisenhower's appointment secretary, heading the invited list of speakers.

Luncheon speakers during January included Dartmouth's own Tuss McLaughry, John S. Kloss, food advisor for the Mutual Security Agency, and Ross Gamble, secretary of the Alumni Council on Bequests. Members are still talking about the highly successful undergraduate luncheon held on December 30 with 103 in attendance.

Six past and present presidents attended a recent luncheon. They included Lowell Haas '35, present leader, Larry Reeves '33, PercyRussell '29, Hal Fitz '23, Hal Leich '29 and Mac Johnson '21. The Club regrets the departure of several members: Howie Rea '38, who has moved to Denver, and Jack Weisert '31, who has gone to Paris. Ed Tuck '50 and Lt. Col. John Miles '23 are also overseas.
