The annual Round-up of 1904, the nightbefore the Dartmouth-Harvard game, October 22, was attended by seventeen young fellows—Andrews, Bolser, Bullock, Doonan, Gale,Hobbs, Lampee, Maguire, Manning, Maynard,Mower, Robinson, Rolfe, Sexton, Terrien,Woods, and Johnson.

Cards and letters were received from 67 men who could not be present, making 84% of the class present or accounted for. The letters carried messages and greetings to all present and absent. What a lift to a Class Secretary to have such a response!! Letters came also from President Dickey and Tuss McLaughry. It was a grand evening, everybody got home safely, Dartmouth won.

Saturday evening after the game, Carl andMarion Woods held Open House in their home, 172 Beacon Street, Boston, for members of the class and their wives. That, too, was a grand party.

On September 26, a celebration was tended to Oscar and Helen Aldrich in their home in Mansfield, Mass. The occasion had a double significance, since it was the 50th anniversary of their marriage and the 50th anniversary of Oscar's service in the ministry. The sincere congratulations of the class were sent to Oscar and his bride. Your editor can think of nothing finer than to see these two, who have devoted their lives in the service of the Great Master, going hand in hand down the trail together, touching the lives of men and women in all their most vital relationships.

In another section of this number of the MAGAZINE will be found an In Memoriam to our beloved classmate, Tommy Uniac, who passed away October 8. To Anna, his beloved wife, the class sends its profound sympathy and respects.

Pen and Dr. Sara Jordan Mower spent part of the summer abroad. Dr. Jordan, director of the Department of Gastroenterology at the Lahey Clinic, was honored on October 30, when the fourth floor of' the Frank H. Lahey Pavillion at the New England Baptist Hospital was named "The Sara M. Jordan Floor."

If you wish to give added pleasure to your Christmas greeting messages, remember that Paul Darrow, J. Frank Doonan, and HenryPierce have birthdays on the 10th, 21st and 29th of December, respectively. Sid Rollins' spavin is coming along nicely. Before long he will be sliding into second base again.

On October 4, John S. Fletcher was presented a 1954 year book of the University of Chattanooga by Dr. Lockmiller, President, in appreciation of his fifty years of loyal and constructive service to the University, of which he has been a trustee since 1917, and where he had been associate professor of history and politics for many years.

Your secretary may be beating the gun, but he takes this opportunity of sending Christmas and New Year greetings to each classmate and the members of his family.

Tom Streeter, president of American Antiquarian Society, who recently presided at the annual meeting of the Worcester Society in Worcester, had to hasten back to New York to a similar meeting there, and could not attend our Round-up in Boston.

The secretary regrets to report that another classmate, Charles R. McKnight of 5745 Grand Ave., Kansas City, Mo., has passed away. The members of the class will remember Mac as one of the outstanding scholars in the class, a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and one of the speakers at Commencement.

In the January issue the secretary will have a complete In Memoriam to Mac. Messages of sympathy and regret were sent to Mrs. McKnight on receipt of the sad news of his passing.
