March 31, 1960 was Olympic Winter Games Night for the Dartmouth Club of the South Shore. Following a very pleasant cocktail hour and a most delicious dinner put on by Gary Aluisy '38 at his restaurant, Coral Gables, in Weymouth, some 100 alumni and wives were treated to a most unusual first-hand report on the Olympic Games from three of the American Games Officials. Featured were Malcolm McLane '46 who kindly journeyed from Concord, N. H., in order to tell of the Games and the organizational work preceding them. Malcolm was Chairman of the United States Olympic Ski Games Committee. Bill Riley '46 told of the Games from the standpoint of one who saw the Games in a dual light: as one of the impartial hockey officials in all games other than those the United States competed in, and as brother of the United States Coach. The very personable Ben Bertini, trainer of the United States Olympic Champion Hockey Team, proved to all that in addition to his talents as a hockey trainer he is a most competent photographer. To the delight of all he showed 45 minutes of color 16 mm. movies of the Games, narrating as the film was shown.

Officers elected for the ensuing year are as follows: President, Donald J. Evans '47; Vice President, Richard C. Tousley '41; Treasurer, Clifford J. Fuller Jr. '42; Secretary, Daniel F. Featherston Jr. '50.
