By the time you receive this, '46's Fabulous 15th reunion will be history, and the Alumni Fund will be in its final stages. If you haven't done so by then, please assist your head class agent Tom Adams and his many hard working assistants by getting that check in the mail by June 30-you all know the cause is a worthy one.

Since the July issue carries no class notes, this will be my last column as your secretary and MAGAZINE column writer. I can't say that it isn't with a touch of nostalgia that I end this second term as your secretary. "01 Gus" has had the chore since July of '56 and also acted as your secretary for about three years during W.W.II. Time moves on, however, and your other officers know of my feeling to pass the job along to someone else. While the deadlines have been occasionally tough and the mailbag never really brimming over, it has been a lot of fun serving as your secretary; and this like many other Dartmouth endeavors is always worth the effort as years go by in reflecting upon the Dartmouth spirit that is part of all of us. May I say thanks to all of you who have kept me informed of your whereabouts and your progress and especially to past, present, and future class officers who have helped keep our unwieldy class together and who will lead us in the future.

That's it — '46 Up "Gus"

P.S. Just returned from Class Officers weekend in Hanover where Jack and Jean Whit-man, Bob and Jackie Kimball, Tom andEmily Adams, Ted Fajen, Frank Ettari and Yours Truly were in attendance. We had a lot of fun and got a lot out of the meeting. Frank and Ted were hard at work in winding up reunion details and June 15-17 promises to be great for our "Frankly the Fifteenth."

I flew home with "Big Faj" in his Beach Bonanza 4-seater, and to say the least it was quite a thrill with pilot Faj ducking in and out of bad weather.
